  1. We will never intentionally misdiagnose a symptom or replace a part that does not need to be replaced.

  2. We will never perform a service that we do not feel is absolutely necessary.

  3. We will never charge you for a service that we do not perform.

  4. With a fully stocked service truck we are able to handle and repair the majority of your appliance needs on the spot! In the rare case that a part needs to be ordered for youe appliance, it will be our number one priority to get the part shipped as soon as possible and you will not be charged an additional service fee for us to return to your household.
